Admissions Requirements

The academe requires the following:

1. Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten in any age as long as the pupil is 4 and 5 years old, respectively, within or before October of the School Calendar Year.

                 • Original and photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (nonreturnable)

                 • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture, white background, with collar

                 • Pupil data sheet

                 • Must pass the FLA Entrance Examination (FLAEE)

3. Grade 2 to Grade 10

   1. 1. • 1. 1. • Original Progress Report Card (Form 138) with LRN (nonreturnable)

                 • Original Permanent School Record / Transcript of Record (Form 137) with remarks "Copy for Fiat Lux Academe of General Trias, Inc." (nonreturnable)

                 • Original Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school

                 • Original and photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (nonreturnable)

                 • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture, white background, with collar

                 • Must pass the FLA Entrance Examination (FLAEE)

4. Grade 11 to Grade 12
